I am interested in starting up a towing business. I am short on funding and would prefer to get grants available for small minority businesses instead of taking out a loan. Can someone point me in the right direction. Provide any tips, suggestions. I hve checked some of the websites but everyone wants you to buy the information. There has got to be someone out there who can assist me.
